Working with the Ontario Fire Administration Inc., Frontline Health and Performance Inc. is utilizing their expertise in the industry to enhance the data collection and reporting analytics for the Candidate Testing Services.

NEW Frontline Health and Performance Smartabase Platform

We have launched a NEW data management system for OFAI. Candidates will no longer have access to their Frontline Health and Performance Kinduct account.

How to Gain Access to the Frontline Health and Performance Smartabase Platform:

Candidates will gain access to the Smartabase account for the first time when they register for an OFAI assessment, within 24h.

Frontline Health and Performance Inc. utilizes Volt strength & conditioning software, which is advanced technology to help tactical athletes reach their fitness goals. Frontline utilizes Volt to deliver personalized and safe fitness training, so tactical athletes can manage stress, reduce risk of injury, and improve on the job performance.

Occupational Health & Wellness Programs

Our current vision for occupational health & wellness programs includes ongoing assessment, building athleticism through training, transferable qualities to the job, learning how to recover, and ultimately improving movement skill and capacity.

Physical Fitness Readiness Programs

Our physical fitness readiness programs focus on the needs of the tactical athlete. Our philosophy is to consider firefighters as “occupational athletes” and incorporate similar training paradigms to occupational health and wellness to monitor workload, fatigue, training status.

Health and Wellness Seminars and Workshops

As educators we pride ourselves on sharing our knowledge and are passionate about giving health and wellness seminars and workshops.
